- Coordinate daily fulfillment process
- Compile monthly reports on call statistics
- Provide automated telephone services via the ALPS IVR system
- Consists of 2 Teams
- All representatives are Series 6 Licensed
- Hours of operation: 7:00am-6:00pm MST
- 20 call monitors per representative/monthly
