TAWeb
ALPS provides fund shareholders with real-time access to their accounts via our TAWeb product. TAWeb offers shareholders virtually unlimited capabilities for transacting and viewing activity within their accounts along with E-Delivery of statements and fund documents.
Automated Administration Reporting Tool (AART)
This product automates every step of the process - collection, creation, confirmation and delivery for performance measurement and holdings and financial statement reporting.
ALPS Virtual Access (AVA)
This is our online information delivery platform that provides clients quick and efficient access to fund data, compliance manuals, shareholder information, reporting tools and a document management system.
Shareholder Data Access (SDA)
ALPS created the SDA application to interface directly with our Transfer Agency system for our clients and their financial intermediaries to access data real-time via a secure Internet connection.
Selling Agreement Maintenance System (SAMS)
is a module through the AVA platform which allows for approved users to easily view selling agreements and contracts maintained by the ALPS Legal Department.
Ad-Lit
AdLit is an browser-based online project management system workflow management system used by our distribution clients to track the progress of advertising and other FINRA filed materials. AdLit tracks the real-time review progress of any advertising piece that is going through the review process and allows comments to be made by those accessing the system. The system is also available for internal use by clients to manage any document review.
Portfolio Data Access (PDA)
is a fully automated Fund Accounting system customized to support all aspects of a client's unique investment and financial accounting needs. Clients can customize hundreds of accounting reports utilizing PDA.
Fund Numbers
Available to our alternative investment clients, Fundnumbers provides a secure portal for accessing account statement information as well as communication from the manager.
