- Coordinate & supervise audits
- Manage fund invoice approval & payment process
- Monitor budgeted vs actual expenses
- Coordinate and review SEC regulatory filings
- Daily & monthly post - trade investment restriction monitoring/reporting
- Calculate monthly performance
- Prepare required reports for quarterly board meetings
- Coordinate Third Party Reporting
Customer Relationship Management
- Primary relationship manager
- Oversee all back-office administration such as financial & regulatory reporting, expense budgeting & accrual analysis, performance and compliance
- Attend Board of Directors meetings
- Stay abreast of and incorporates new industry regulations
- Assist and support special client projects (i.e. proxies, fund startups, mergers)
- Supported by a robust financial reporting group consisting of a Financial Reporting Team, Expense Analysis Team and Performance Reporting Team
