Thomas Carter
Since joining ALPS in 1994, Tom Carter, President of ALPS Distributors and ALPS Advisors, Inc., has been an integral part in the success of the ETF, Closed-End Funds and Active Distribution Services for ALPS. In 1995, he formed the core servicing ETF platform. In addition, Tom is responsible for the Closed-End and Active Distribution business ALPS entered in 2003. Before joining ALPS in 1994, Tom was with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he worked with a diverse group of clients, primarily within the financial services industry. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
