Positions Available: NSCC/Finacial Representative

NSCC/Financial Representative - Denver, CO

Job Purpose: In the Transfer Agency, we provide customer service by processing trades within shareholder accounts. We also establish new shareholder accounts and complete all maintenance correspondence that is received from the shareholder.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Using Workflow process all incoming trades via mail, fax, internet, phone, etc…
  • Using Workflow process and complete all maintenance items, returned mail, and written inquiries.
  • Create confirmations for all corrections/changes made to shareholder accounts.
  • Identify items that are “not in good order”, research, send correspondence to the shareholder if needed, follow up and resolve.
  • Complete all Money Market trading and ensure that trade totals are called in by identified deadlines.
  • Complete all daily tasks on their check lists for each of the funds they are assigned.
  • Assist other team members
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be added as management sees fit

Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking skills
  • Computer experience (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance or Accounting
